1. Prospective authors are invited to submit original full papers WITHOUT authors’ names and affiliations, in English, of 4 - 6 pages in standard IEEE two-column format only, reporting their original work and results, applications, and/or implementation in one or more of the listed areas.
2. Papers must be submitted online only through the submission system of the conference website.
3. At least one author of each accepted paper MUST register and present the paper at the conference in order that the paper is to be included in the program. The program will also be submitted for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore. All accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore.

The author should use IEEE manuscript templates.

At least one author of each paper must register to the conference. The deadline for early-bird registration is in each round follows:

The only payment method for registration fee is through bank transfer to the following account. Faculty of Science and Engineering, Kasetsart University, Chalermphrakiat Sakon Nakhon Province Campus, will provide registration fee receipts.

Pay your registration fee through bank transfer according above conference bank account. Keep payment-slip of your paper.
Note:
- Registration fee includes the two days of the conference (all sessions and keynotes) and conference kit (conference guide and electronic proceedings).
- No cancellation/refund is accepted after September 10, 2022, or is given for no-shows. Payment for refund will be settled ONLY after the conference date with 30% cancellation charge applied.
- To be eligible for publication in IEEEXplore, an author of a paper is required to present his/her paper. IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (i.e. removal from IEEE Xplore), if the paper is not presented at the conference.
- Member of IEEE/ECTI must declare a valid membership status (such as, a copy of member card or other membership evidence upon registration).

The authors should incorporate all the comments and apply appropriate paper styling. The final manuscript must be submitted at EDAS. You will also need to submit the IEEE Copyright Form, however we are in the process of setting up the electronic IEEE Copyright Form with EDAS. We will provide the information on how to submit the form after this process is done.
To prepare the final manuscript, please follow the steps below.

Prepare your final manuscript using MS Word or Latex templates for IEEEXplore Digital Library. The templates can be found at https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html Put the following IEEE Copyright Notice. At the bottom-left part of the first page of the paper.

• For papers in which all authors are employed by the US government, the copyright notice is:

• For papers in which all authors are employed by a Crown government (UK, Canada, and Australia), the copyright notice is:

• Our Conference ID is 56337X
• If you are a first-time user, you should create an account and enter Conference ID (56337X) with you e-mail address and password.  Then you will be asked to provide personal information.  If you already have the account, please login with your credential and put 56337X as Conference ID.
• After you log-in, click on Dashboard (on the left menu) and then you can create a new title on the site.  IEEE PDF eXpress will convert your PDF file into the appropriate format for submission to IEEExplore.  Please submit the converted file to EDAS (see below).
• Remark: The site may say that the deadline for PDF eXpress is 30/Nov/202/, but you can still use it after the deadline for a few days.

Before you can upload the final manuscript at EDAS, you should complete the copyright transfer agreement for each paper. EDAS has configured the IEEE electronic Copyright Form (eCF) for the conference; therefore, you should complete the agreement on-line.
To do so, in your EDAS paper list, you should use copyright form link (shown above), and then click “IEEE Copyright Submission” to complete the on-line submission of the copyright form. You can then submit the converted final manuscript in EDAS. Please do so by Sep 10th, 2022 (Round#1) and 10th Nov, 2022 (Round#2)
